Maximising the efficiency of a Global Financial Organisation’s CRM System through APIs & Real Time Communications.
challenge:
This client wanted to use their CRM system Hubspot in a more effective way to communicate with prospects. They wanted their customer service team to have the ability to send three separate, timed communications to select prospects at three separate stages of the sales process, using Hubspot. It was important for these communications to all be traceable at every stage of the production and postage process.
Solution:
bakergoodchild advised the customer to make some small changes to their CRM system, adding in flags and new fields to indicate which prospects were needing which communication at what time. bakergoodchild then developed a bespoke set of APIs to connect to Hubspot, collecting data in real time, relating to the recipients flagged by the customer. Once an addressee was collected the customers CRM was updated accordingly in Hubspot automatically, to give the client services representatives complete visibility. All collected records were then aggregated into bakergoodchild’s daily print workflow.
Utilising bakergoodchild’s bespoke RightTrack system, once each pack was scanned and delivered by Royal Mai, the API would automatically update the information for that given record within the clients CRM. This allowed the client to be a lot more efficient when communicating with their prospects throughout the sales process.
result:
Utilising the real time communications bakergoodchild had integrated into the clients CRM system, they were able to increase conversion rates, generate more instructions and have since expanded this offering to more users globally.
