Royal Mail has just announced an early price increase for wholesale mailing (DSA services). Normally price rises would come in January but according to Royal Mail, ‘In light of unforeseen inflationary pressures and increasing costs we have brought our tariff timetable forward from January to ensure the Universal Service (and in turn our Access services) can continue to be delivered in a financially sustainable way.’

The new prices come into effect on the 7th of November, and the high-level increases that Royal Mail have announced include:

  • 18% increase on Business Mail Letters
  • 10% increase on Business Mail Large Letters
  • 5% increase across the board on Advertising Mail

With all this in mind, now is the time for all high volume mailers to review their mail prices, vendors, and service costs. As a trusted mailing house, we can ensure you have access to any and all incentives and competitive prices as well as help you cut costs in other ways.
