Not only do the RightTrack™ dashboards provide, in real time, an accurate picture of which mail packs will be delivered and when, you have access to a fully auditable journey of each mail pack.

RightTrack™ allows you to accurately see in real-time, how many packs have been ‘seen’ by Royal Mail, when they were handed over which allows us to predict, with great confidence, when your mailing will land.
The information and data that RightTrack™ collates means that we can show when and where a mailing has landed. And forgot about this being complicated data and reports you need to decipher, we’ll give you heat maps like the one here that will show land dates and locations – the bigger the heat dot the more packs have landed. Our maps are so detailed (and accurate) that you can zoom in to see each individual mailing pack.
All of this means you can drill down into each individual mailing pack if you want or need. The RightTrack™ system will allow you to search for individual addresses and/or names and provide you with a detailed view of that mailing pack’s journey from data to delivery handover. This can be particularly useful for those businesses that need to send time-sensitive and regulated communications and are legally obligated to provide evidence that these mailings have happened.
