Paul Brough appointed as bakergoodchild’s new Managing Director

Customer communications industry expert, Paul Brough has been announced as the new Managing Director for bakergoodchild.

Paul brings a wealth of managerial knowledge and experience to bakergoodchild’s business model, working in various roles for over 20 years in the customer communications sector helping to shape strategic direction and business growth.

Paul Brough previously worked as CEO for Opus Trust Marketing, which he aided in growing from £15m to £26.5m turnover over a five-year period and established their postal service division which has fast become a significant part of the business. He brings significant and valuable knowledge in the transactional, postal and digital services space and will put this to use to broaden bakergoodchild’s products and services over the coming years.

Paul Brough comments, ‘I am delighted to join bakergoodchild, a company that has established excellent foundations for further growth, which will be the main area of focus over the next five years. bakergoodchild is moving forward in its venture to make full use of digital and physical mediums by strategically investing over £1m in the last 18 months in various technologies to help improve quality and manage greater and more diverse work.
