ACCOUNT MANAGER VACANCY
As Account Manager you will be responsible for developing the spend, profitability and frequency of existing customer accounts, spanning all sectors.
Your focus will be on developing positive commercial relationships with direct mail decision maker contacts (Marketing Managers, Production Managers, Marketing Agency Account Managers etc) in order to help them successfully outsource their print, personalisation, mailing fulfilment & postage distribution requirements, as well as developing relationships with customers to utilise the full product offering, including print management, data and digital services.
Applying your proven experience in direct mail account handling, your primary duties will include quoting, converting & booking in direct mail fulfilment campaigns, being the key point of contact for your customer throughout the process.
You will be required to play a hands-on role as this is a quotation through to invoice position, which means you will support the customer through every stage of the mail fulfilment & postage process, with the support of the team. Though this role is mainly office based, occasional travel to customer sites will be required.
To be considered for the role of Customer Account Manager you must have relevant experience within direct mail fulfilment, this is a fast paced, diverse role, where time management and an ability to handle multiple complex campaigns is key.
Knowledge of postal services and products across DSA and Royal Mail is desirable & experience and knowledge with transactional customer would also be advantageous.
