All data held on behalf of our customers is stored on a secure server that is password protected and can only be accessed by employees with the correct accreditation. We typically hold data for a maximum period of 3 months, after which it is deleted from our systems unless requested otherwise. Our data server is backed up daily, and a copy held securely offsite.
